I come from a successful business history where pricing and negotiation are the cornerstone of success. Placing the right product, in the right place, at the right price and backing it with strategic marketing, results in positive returns on investments. Coupled with my expertise in negotiations, this philosophy has followed me throughout my decade in real estate and led me to be successful through some of real estate’s toughest times.

Personal

I grew up in the Florissant area where I still often visit, and then migrated west to St. Charles County shortly after getting married.  After graduating from Fontbonne University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration, I went to work as a buyer for a major department store. My love of purchasing and negotiation lead me to this business, so in 2007 I took a leap of faith, quit my fulltime job and began my journey selling real estate. I joined Coldwell Banker Gundaker because it is locally operated, nationally recognized, and provides unmatched marketing.

I currently reside in Dardenne Prairie with my husband and three children. I am very active in my community with volunteer work at the schools, planning social events for my neighborhood subdivisions and various charity functions, as well as being an avid soccer, baseball, swimming and so much more mom.

Going into real estate I wanted to build a business based on a positive reputation, a reputation, that would build equity in my brand and my service.  I believe in being there for my clients, and with me you will always get one on one service!  Choosing a real estate agent is such a large commitment, and I promise to assist all my clients from start to finish, removing the stress from the buying or selling process.
